Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for supporting our small business! We take pride in creating handmade, custom items just for you. Because each piece is made especially to order, here’s how our return and exchange policy works:
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or with a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the damaged/defective item
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your message and happily offer a replacement or refund after confirmation.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local postal service first. If it’s confirmed lost, reach out and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Timeframe for Claims
All return/exchange or damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
